We are aware of a sporadic issue with the clear flip-top lids on the latest run of the 16 oz. jars. We never want there to be any issue with your experience with PINXAV for any reason. Not to be an excuse, but we are doing the best we can to secure available options during these continued supply chain issues.
If you need a replacement lid for you jar, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org with your mailing address. We will send you a regular non flip-top lid that will fit the jar.
We are genuinely sorry if you have experienced this, and very much appreciate your support and understanding. We may need to abandon the flip-top lid for a bit - but we will never change the product!
