Why is Pinxav better than other

Main Ingredients?
CONTAINS: Petrolatum, Zinc Oxide, Lanolin, Stearic Acid, Cetyl
Alcohol, Methyl Salicylate, Eucalyptol, Aluminum Hydroxide,
Oil of Clove, Menthol, Red Ferric Oxide, Yellow Ferric Oxide,
Aloe and Vitamin E.
Can it be used as a preventative?

How many times a day can it
be used?
Pinxav may be applied with each diaper change and after bathing.
If planning on only one application per day, we advise applying
Pinxav every night before bedtime when the longest exposure
to wetness could occur.

a baby's delicate skin and irritants in the stool, urine and
the environment.
